2025 Pinkicon Rewards
Membership Plan/Upgrade Conditions
1. PINKICON REWARDS membership is for personal use only.
2. Membership is divided into three levels: "BASIC," "PEARL," and "DIAMOND."
3. Upon successful registration, members automatically become "BASIC" members.
4. Members can upgrade by accumulating specified spending amounts at stores and the official online store.
5. Members can accumulate specified spending amounts during the membership validity period to maintain their level or upgrade to a higher level. Members who accumulate spending of USD $200.3(HKD $1500) after discounts can become 'PEARL' members, and those who accumulate USD$400.5(HKD $3000) after discounts can become 'DIAMOND' members.
6. Membership upgrades take effect on the day the spending threshold is reached.
7. Membership is valid until December 31 of each year. After expiration, the membership level will be adjusted without further notice.
Welcome Offer – USD$4 (HKD $30) Discount Code
1. Applicable for purchases of USD$26.7 (HKD $200) or more after discounts.
2. Can be used for the first purchase either online (Pinkicon.com and mobile APP) or in-store before payment.
3. How to use:
a. Online (Pinkicon.com and mobile APP): After selecting products and proceeding to checkout, enter the discount code [NEW30] on the right side of the delivery options page to get USD$4 (HKD $30) off the total order.
b. Offline store: Simply show your membership number on the mobile app. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with certain other discount offers. Please consult with the store staff for details.
4. Each member can use the code once on any platform (online or in-store). It cannot be canceled after payment.
5. Cannot be exchanged for cash or given change.
6. The following situations do not count towards accumulated spending or cannot use this discount code:
a. Any additional purchase amounts (do not count towards accumulated spending).
b. Fixed-price items (only non-fixied-price items will count as accumulated spending).
7. The welcome offer may be updated from time to time. Members can check the latest rewards list on the website or mobile app.
App Exclusive Offer – Free pair of Trial lens
1. Members can redeem an exclusive offer for free in the app under 'Points Gift Redemption > Available."
2. Members need to download the Pinkicon mobile app and show the QR code in the app to redeem the exclusive offer.
3. Must visit the selected store to collect the trial pair. It will automatically expire if not redeemed in time, with no further notice or reissue.
4. Can only be used once, and cannot be canceled or exchanged after redemption.
5. The trial pair style is randomly distributed, and quantities are limited.
6. Cannot be exchanged for cash or given change.
7. Cannot be transferred to others.
8. The app exclusive offer will be updated time to time. Members can check the latest rewards list on the website or mobile app.
Upgrade Benefits
1. Cash vouchers are automatically added to the "My Coupons" section of the mobile app immediately after upgrading.
2. USD $2.7(HKD $20) cash vouchers can be used for purchases of USD $13.4 (HKD $100) or more after discounts; USD$6.7(HKD $50) cash vouchers can be used for purchases of USD$40.1 (HKD $300) or more after discounts.
3. When "BASIC" members upgrade to "DIAMOND," they can simultaneously enjoy both "PEARL Upgrade" and "DIAMOND Upgrade" cash vouchers.
4. Valid for three months from the date of redemption. They will automatically expire without further notice.
5. Cash vouchers must be confirmed before payment.
6. For in-store use, members must show the cash voucher in the mobile app.
7. Only one cash voucher can be used per order, and it cannot be canceled or reissued under any circumstances after payment.
8. Cash vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or given change.
9. The amount used for the cash voucher will not count towards accumulated spending and cannot be used to pay for shipping or earn any points.
10. Cash vouchers cannot be transferred to others.
Member Points Rewards
1. Members earn 15 points for every USD$2 (HKD $15) spent in stores or the official online store.
2. Members must log in with their membership information before payment to earn points.
3. For in-store purchases, members must show the membership number in the mobile app to the staff before payment to record the spending. Points will not be awarded afterwards.
4. Members can check points, view the rewards list, and redeem rewards for specified points in the mobile app at any time.
5. Points are as displayed in the system and are used only for redeeming rewards.
6. Rewards are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pinkicon will not provide further notice.
7. Once redeemed, rewards cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Points are calculated annually and are valid until December 31 of each year. They will expire without further notice.
9. Rewards are updated quarterly. Members can check the latest rewards list on the website or mobile app.
Birthday Benefits
1. New members can enjoy birthday benefits one month after registration. Details will be sent to the mobile app during the birthday month.
2. Members with birthdays in the registration month will receive their first birthday benefit in the birthday month of the following year.
3. If no birthday message is received in the birthday month, please check the accuracy of the birth date in the mobile app. Contact customer service if needed.
4. Each member is entitled to one birthday benefit per year. Once issued, even if the birthday month is changed, the benefit will not be reissued.
5. Birthday benefits may be sent in various forms, including but not limited to gifts, discounts, or points. Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be returned or transferred to others.
VIP Day Benefits
1. VIP Day will be implemented irregularly. "PEARL" and "DIAMOND" members can enjoy special offers via App note or other direct message.
2. Applicable for online shopping (website or mobile app) ONLY.
3. Promotional offers are subject to change at any time. Please refer to the website or mobile app for the most up-to-date information.
4. How to use:
- After selecting products and proceeding to checkout, enter the discount code on the right side of the delivery options page to get the offer/gift.
5. The following situations do not count towards accumulated spending or cannot use this discount code:
a. Any additional purchase amounts (do not count towards accumulated spending).
b. Fixed-price items (only non-fixed-price items count as accumulated spending).
6. The offer should be applied per order. Splitting orders to accumulate spending threshold is always not qualify for the discount.
7. The discount is for the member's use only and cannot be transferred to others. Pinkicon reserves the right to take legal action for any unlawful or abusive use of membership.
Additional Discounts for DIAMOND
1. "DIAMOND" members enjoy additional discounts on selected products during their membership validity period.
2. The additional discount is automatically added to the member's account after upgrading.
3. The discount is for the member's use only and cannot be transferred to others.
4. Any member found misusing another's account or dishonestly using membership benefits may have their membership frozen or terminated without notice, and Pinkicon reserves the right to recover any losses incurred due to such misuse.
5. The discount does not apply to fixed-price items.
6. After upgrading, if there are any items already in the shopping cart, members must remove them and re-add them to the cart to enjoy the discounts.
New Product Discounts
1. New product discounts will be announced on the website and mobile app. Generally, new products will have different discount levels depending on the member's level.
2. Not all new products will have discounts (e.g. fixed-price items). Details are as announced on the website and mobile app.
Others
1. Foreign currency displayed on the website may have exchange rate differences. The actual transaction exchange rate at the time of purchase will apply.
2. In case of any disputes, Pinkicon reserves the final decision, including suspending, modifying, or terminating activities and their terms without prior notice.
3. Pinkicon reserves the right to take legal action for any unlawful or abusive use of membership.
